problem with rom and root on M2

I have an m2 with 4.5.3U version. when i opened flyme account my system privileges already said open, i never had to accept and type password. when i install super su or busybox it says it cannot be installed because it is not rooted.
i tried to make hard reset but it said it can not be done because there is no firmware.
what do i do?
any help is apreciated.
tnx

Maybe our FAQ section can help you:

i do not see anything there that can help me.
i can not root my device like that. because it already says open. and it is not.

This happened also to me. Update your m2 to (A) version, and root will be fine.

Upgrade to (A) firmware or use kingroot

Read it more carefully.
To disable root you just need to reflash the firmware without clearing data.

@Leptiric I have the same problem. Did you find a way to resolve this problem?
