Meizu MX5

I think it isn’t simple to install international version on chinese devices

i tried too install but it said corrupted files…why?

Meizu MX5

Because international version is for international devices. You have the chinese device.
Hopefully, the 4.5.2.5A will be released soon.

If you really want the I version you can check this thread on xda: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/meizu-install-rom-international-devices-t3174496

i read the xda thread…its for mx4 devices…is it safe to do on mx5?

Meizu MX5

I’m not 100% sure, but the author of the thread added a link to the MX5’s file.
Well, I think the safest thing we can do is stay with 4.5.2.4A.

i can also do that with my MX3, i think phones are just same but wtih different software from the box.

Meizu MX5

Okay, you can upgrade your MX5.

EDIT.
I tried myself, everything working. I can’t see any improvement anyway, maybe can be useful for me and the other italians because Meizu will remove our beautiful language from future versions.

is it really no improvement over the 2.4 A rom? coz iam hoping some fix on network coverage…iam having slow n delay in data connection and lack of 4g…

Meizu MX5

@fatalynx Sorry, I’m in Italy, we don’t have 4G except for big cities, sadly
I never had problem with H or H+ connection so I don’t know if the update can be useful to you.
Are you on A version instead of C right? Have you checked the APN settings?

i dont think the apn setting…because already try all the setting…it seems the network is delay and slowed down compare to my old G3 phone…

Looks like your connection to Meizufans was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
